Payment Inquiries

If you have made a payment on a Pralka Tech portfolio venture (such as DomainMe) and need transaction assistance:

1. Check your confirmation email: You will receive a receipt and tax invoice link immediately upon authoritative payment capture.
2. Have your reference ready: Please have your Order Reference or Razorpay payment ID (e.g. pay_...) ready when reaching out.
3. Bank debits without order completion: In the rare event of an interrupted transaction or network drop, uncaptured funds are safely reversed by Razorpay to your source payment method within 5–7 banking days.
