1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RupeeDone checkout portal and payment facilities provided by Pralka Tech, a sole proprietorship owned by Alka Pravin Kolte, having its principal place of business at Skyi, Bhukum, Paud Road, Pune, Maharashtra 412115, India (hereinafter referred to as “Pralka Tech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By initiating or completing a payment through RupeeDone for any product or service offered by our affiliated ventures (including DomainMe at domainme.in), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and the applicable policies of the originating venture.

2. Services & Scope

RupeeDone operates solely as a centralized payment orchestration gateway and billing engine for Pralka Tech's digital ventures. When you complete a transaction:

• You are purchasing products/services offered by Pralka Tech or its specific venture (e.g. domain name registration, email hosting, or web infrastructure).
• Payment is collected through RBI-licensed payment aggregators, primarily Razorpay.
• Fulfillment of the purchased services is performed automatically or manually by the respective venture once payment is authoritatively verified.

3. Payment Collection & Currency

All prices and transactions on RupeeDone are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to provide valid, authorized payment instruments (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards). You represent that you are legally authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. Invoicing & Taxes

Statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) is collected pursuant to the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. All verified transactions result in an official electronic GST Tax Invoice issued by Pralka Tech under its registered GSTIN, calculating applicable CGST, SGST, or IGST based on the customer's place of supply.

5. Fulfillment & Cancellations

Fulfillment terms are subject to the specific nature of the goods or services purchased:

• Digital & Domain Services: Domain names registered through registry partners (such as ICANN or .IN Registry) are immediate, permanent digital assets and cannot be altered or cancelled once registered.
• Failed Transactions: If your account is debited but the transaction is marked failed, the payment gateway will automatically reconcile and refund the amount per banking guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pralka Tech, its proprietor, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from payment gateway downtimes, banking delays, or registry-level service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or transactions conducted through RupeeDone shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
