Pralka Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating the RupeeDone payment orchestration gateway, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and safeguard data when you use the RupeeDone checkout interface.

2. Information We Collect

To facilitate transactions and generate legally compliant GST invoices, we collect:

• Customer Contact Details: Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
• Billing Address & Location: Address, State, PIN code, and Country (essential to determine GST place of supply and statutory tax jurisdiction).
• Business GSTIN (Optional): For registered business customers claiming input tax credit.
• Transaction Identifiers: Internal order reference, transaction date, payment status, and payment aggregator reference ID (e.g., Razorpay payment and order IDs).

3. Payment Instrument Data (Zero Storage)

RupeeDone does NOT store or process your sensitive financial data, such as credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, card expiry dates, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs.

All payment credentials are transmitted directly and securely to our RBI-authorized payment partner, Razorpay, which adheres strictly to PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance and RBI tokenization mandates.

4. Use of Information

Information collected is strictly utilized for:

• Verifying payment authenticity and status via cryptographic signatures and webhooks.
• Notifying the originating Pralka Tech venture (e.g. DomainMe) to safely provision purchased services.
• Issuing statutory GST Tax Invoices and credit notes pursuant to the CGST Act, 2017.
• Providing customer support and resolving transaction discrepancies or refund requests.

5. Data Retention & Sharing

We retain invoice records and transaction audit logs for the period mandated under Indian tax and accounting laws (minimum 8 years). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Information is only shared with:

• Authorized payment aggregators (Razorpay) for processing transactions.
• Statutory and government bodies when mandated by Indian law or tax authorities.
• The originating venture from which you ordered (e.g. DomainMe for service provisioning).

6. Data Security

All communication with RupeeDone is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS). Access to order records is restricted to authenticated services with service-role permissions and cryptographic HMAC authentication.
